The owner is Mr Bijay Gurung. He is from Nepal. He was a gracious host and his restaurant was top notch. It's the best Indian food i've had in a good long time. I highly recommend his restaurant.

Love Indian cuisine and plenty of favorites on menu and a variety of lassi flavors - got the rose today. Love the seating area upstairs very comfy seating. A bit loud though and staff kind of stand around looking bored or on their phones when they are not doing anything. Pleasant enough but they are def more upbeat and energetic when greeting caucasian customers

So far so good but little bit pricey (7 years ago) Updated after 7 years for recently experience: The place is huge and upstairs got more spaces, the ambience it's quite cozy as well There's lot of authentic Indian dishes and masala tea is one of the authentic drinks which is must try with diff spices and ingredients The cheese naan and garlic naan are the best no matter is for snack or main dish but the only problem is the burnt parts, there's a lot especially from the side and the bottom Tandoori chicken and the chicken korma are not bad to eat with basmati rice , just try any dishes which you never try before for some special experiences Still, the price ain't cheap but portions are good enough for group sharing, overall it's worth and I'll give 5 stars if the naan ain't got many burnt parts ↕

I've had some of the best South Asian / Indian food outside of India - Brick Lane in London, Portland Oregon, etc. places where there are huge populations of South Asian peeps. When we moved back to Manila, we tried several restaurants, including independent ghost kitchens on FB. I think our search is over, this is the best flavored, properly spiced Indian food we've had in Metro Manila. Service is impeccable and attentive, always with a smile, patient with explanations. The space is comfortable, clean, and cool. Minus one star because parking is a beeyatch. We've already eaten here twice!!!

Tried the Chicken Biryani at Royal Indian Curry houses — it was flavorful and satisfying. The rice was fragrant, the chicken tender, and the spices well-balanced. It's a good spot if you’re craving classic Indian comfort food.

The best Indian restaurant in Metro Manila by a mile. I have seen many doubters of Indian food leave this place a convert. The butter chicken, chicken malai tikka, chicken tikka masala, cauliflower tikka, palak paneer, roti prata, cheese naan, and kulfi always do the trick for me. The Il Terrazo branch is slightly nicer because it’s newer and cleaner. The Makati Avenue branch can probably use some renovations and cleaning, but honestly, with how good the food is, I don’t think the customers mind, including the many Indian patrons who occupy over half the seating every time I’m there. My only (major or minor) complaint about this place is that I wish they were more transparent about the pricing and included the VAT in the menu instead of shocking customers with a whopping additional 22% to their bills. Honestly, I don’t even know if this is legal. And yet, knowing this, I find myself coming back and recommending the place to lovers of and noobs to the cuisine. It’s just so good, I guess I can overlook a couple of boobies.

Been craving something different from the usual and found this gem on Google maps. Didn't disappoint. The location is close to all the hotels. The ambiance is friendly and probably looks romantic at night because of the lights. The food was delectable and the portions are shared by me and my husband. The service is nothing short of amazing. We didn't have to wait too long for our food.
